Rich Dad/ Poor Dad

Life is about interaction. We have unfortunately reached a stage
though, where this interaction has a lot to do with money. It is an
unfortunate truth that the only way your voice is going to be heard
amidst these interactions, is if you are keeping afloat financially.
The higher you are in the financial world the more meaningful your
interactions.

There are many mistakes that people make whilst trying to keep afloat,
and this leads them into a miserable cycle in which they are slaves of
money. Being able to identify these mistakes is the difference between
someone who is scraping through, and someone who is abundant in resources.
A rich dad will teach you how to take the path of abundance.

Although the financial prosperity of an individual will be determined
by these few business principles, there are other aspects of
prosperity that will only be learned from poor dad. Poor dad will
teach you principles that will help you to go about your business in
such a way that your conscience is liberated. From poor dad you will
learn common ethics, how to be humane about your proceedings.

Once you've been advised by these two you will be well on your way to
being a succesful and ethical business person. At the end of this you
will know how to: "make money work for you".

You will learn ethics from your parents (your poor dad). But this book will
teach you to be financially prosperous.

  1. In truth, we are all slaves of cash and that is something that is hard to get away from. A truly successful business man however, knows how to make his money work for him rather than the other way around. Many of us tend to loose sight of the reasons in which we get jobs and seek employment, the initial goal seems to submerge in the mind of the world as purely making money—nothing else. What we must first do in order to succeed, set a goal. Whether it is, making enough money to buy a new car, or being able to provide for your family in order to raise their standards of living, you must not just focus on the result: money. With any goal that has not as sole purpose: making money, you are sure to succeed and reach higher levels than one who simply thinks of making money. If you do not do this, you are sure to become— a slave of cash.

Great job on your first post :)!!
